Good evening everyone, hope your week went well. A little late for this week's Share Your Battle but I still want to be part of this because this card is a card that I like.

Thoughts on Disintegrator

Let's examine the base stats of Lvl 1 Disintegrator

Bronze League - Armour + 1, Health + 1
Silver League - Speed +1, Trample
Gold League - Attack +1, Health + 1, Knock Out
Beyond Gold - Armour +1, Retaliate

Personally, this is a card that I like and love to use especially on high mana and on melee battles. Imagine having a tank with shield such as Living Lava or Harklaw. All 2 melee attack monsters effectively become back scratchers than doing any form of damage with demoralise in effect.

This beast grows, adopts trampling, dealing fatal blow to stunned cards and finally gaining retaliate. With the demoralise and tough armour, taking some damage on the armour but hitting back at opponent, good deal isn't it?

Prediction before pressing rumble
Potential problem. My lineup was tailored to a melee based lineup. But I am up against 4 magic cards. Hope the -1 magic from Thaddius Brood can sustain us and will Disintegrator's demoralise help us? Keeping my fingers crossed

Let's get ready to rumble
Round 1, Because of taunt on Mycelic Slipspawn, every possible attack went in towards it and it was taken down this round. Windeku miraculously survived.

Round 2, My crazy 2 sneak attackers took out the back line but unfortunately, tank is taken down.

Round 3, BoneSmith in tank position and opponent Peryton taken down. Now we are left with meaty boys to take care of.

Round 4, Disintegrator suppressing melee of opponent together with the life steal of BoneSmith enabled sustaining direct blow from Mycelic Infantry.

Round 5, Sneak squad at work, Mustang down, woohoo! And infantry taken out too. Victory secured!

After Thoughts
What looked like a badly decided play somehow turned around. Sneak squad proven too much for opponent's magic backline. Though if it had been Mylor summoner, I might encounter some difficulty.

The reduction in melee really did come in handy for longer sustenance. No regrets including Disintegrator in my lineup.

The double sneak proved too painful for my opponent and did a great job in this match.
