PIZZA 2 Brawl Report - 2 Dec 2025

Greetings everyone, we are just into mid week and the latest brawl which my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended just about 2 days ago and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I setup each lineup against all the opponents that I am facing in the brawl and how I adjusted each lineup to we get the most out of each ruleset. A little tired recently due to a few events clocking up from the weekend and causing me to lose some sleep, but it is better now. In this brawl, an old problem came up and I will really need to work on it and address the gap.

Right now my focus and fray to be competing in will be the ones with Conclave Arcana and Rebellion which is either fray 4 or 5. I started gathering more Conclave Arcana and Rebellion cards so as to strengthen my modern ranked battle games and at the same time, will allow me more versatility to handle each ruleset and hopefully these cards can help me a little in the brawls. To consistently remind myself, I cannot be just using the same old cards at the same level without growth as other players will grow and become stronger. So let's get right on with the brawl report.

Brawl 1

	Remarks
Selection:	Four's a crowd and heavy metal. Knowing how good Marisol Contuma is, I decided to use it in this match especially when I do not have many options due to the heavy metal ruleset. And at the same time, I also use some armour enhancement in hope that I will be able sustain longer in the game to let Contuma to do work.
Outcome:	Lose. I was very wrong in my setup. Opponent had a way better gameplan than I do with Meriput Mossmender which has repair and continuously repair the armour of the front line cards and make it so difficult for me to get a landing which caused me to lose the match. Nice play there.

	Remarks
Selection:	Up close and Personal, Earthquake and Melee Mayhem. With situations like this, Quora must be in along with other cards that can really hit hard regardless of position due to melee mayhem.
Outcome:	Lose. A miscalculation from me on this. While I knew I need Quora, I did not realize that I need something that can hit hard on opponent's Quora which ended up with my Quora falling first and everything went in the opposite direction. Not a good play from me.

Brawl 3

	Remarks
Selection:	Aimless, Noxious Fumes and Deflection Field. For me, this is also a match that Quora will come in useful. And to put slightly bigger health cards, I used Pallus and also a new reward card that hit hard for magic.
Outcome:	Win! Finally something to cheer about as I gotten my first win in this brawl. Sufficient health, self healing and big damage from backline totally helpe to secure the win in this match.

Guild Final Tally

This is super embarrassing, coming from a clean sweep to such a bad result this round. I was assigned 6 battles, I won 3 which included 2 fleeing enemies and lost 3. And within that 3 that I lost, it even included a match which I surrender due to lack of archon as seen below.

We once again came in at rank 6. I didn't do well and if only I can clock 2 more wins, we will above the rank 5 guild and gotten better rewards. I will continue to work hard to get better in my gameplay and collection. Go PIZZA 2!

Closing
That gap in archon that I have is still causing me issues. I have solved it for life splinter, now I will need to ensure the death splinter archon is settled asap.
