Hola a todos, en este Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge es sobre Unsung Heroes! lo cual hablare de Olivia of the Brook una carta que es demasiado util en las batallas, pero a perdido esa presencia que antes tenia, dado que ahora con la edición Conclave Arcana hay cartas y combos que se juegan seguido en varias batallas.
Olivia of the Brook es una carta epica reward Rebellion, lo cual puede conseguirse gastando Glint comprando cartas epicas.
Lo que le hace tan util a esta carta son sus habilidades tiene 3 habilidades los cuales son: Opportunity, Mimic y Deflect, lo cual destaco el Mimic la habilidad mas fuerte de esta carta ya que le permite copiar habilidades de las unidades enemigas, y ademas al tener Opportunity buscara a la unidad con menos vida y lo derrotada facilmente.
Olivia en LVL tiene la habilidad Opportunity lo cual atacara a la unidad con menos vida.
En LVL 2 obtiene Mimic una habilidad para copiar habilidades enemigas.
Y en LVL 6(max) obtiene Deflect lo cual sera inmune al regreso de daño(thorns, magic reflect) como también ( Blast,Corrosise Ward entre otros).
Hace bastante combos con varios Archons uno de estos es Elias Max, lo cual les mostrare en batalla donde se beneficia con este Archon y ademas de copiar habilidades enemigas.
Battle
En esta batalla me otorgan 20 de mana y las reglas de combate son:
- Equalizer: La unidad con la salud mas alta es otorgado a todas las unidades.
- Armored up: Todas las unidades ganan +2 de armadura.
- Noxious Fumes: Todas las unidades inician con Poison.
Para esta batalla voy con Elias Max, y voy con Olivia para otorgarle Armor Strike y Piercing.
Lo usual para esta batalla seria ir con Cleanse de Elias, pero no tengo cartas que curen la parte de atras (Triage) lo cual tomo la opción de jugar con Olivia ya que pienso que el oponente jugara con alguna carta de Triage o alguna habilidad para curar, y asi Olivia copie esa habilidad.
- En la primera posición voy con Halfling Refugee una carta bastante util en cualquier batalla por un coste de 1 de mana.
- En la segunda posición voy con Endless Gibbon ya que no tengo unidades con bajo casto.
- En la tercera posición voy con Nimbledook Explorer ya que esta carta otorgar mas armadura lo cual se beneficia mas la habilidad Armored Strike.
- En la cuarta posición voy con Olivia of the Brook junto con el Armor Strike y Piercing otorgado por Elias, y ademas podra copiar habilidades enemigas.
Ronda 1:
Olivia al tener una armadura de 6 haciendo bastante daño y mi Refugee derrota al Refugee enemigo.
Ronda 2:
Olivia copia una habilidad y para mi suerte es el Triage lo cual podra curar a mis unidades de la parte de atras.
Olivia mas el daño de Refugee derrotan a Blackmoor Trickster.
Refugee es derrotado esta ronda.
Ronda 4:
Olivia sigue copiando habilidades pero ya no hay habilidades utiles que copiar.
Dado que ahora es la unica carta en la parte de atras se curara a si mismo por el Triage.
Olivia con su Opportunity derrota a Thunderhoof Nomad.
Ronda 6:
Olivia derrota a Ujurak Elder con el Armor Strike.
Dandome la victoria.
Olivia se juega de varias maneras una de estas con el Archon Elias otorgándole Armor Strike y Piercing, Olivia hacia un daño de 6 con la armadura y su daño mas 4 en total un daño de 10.
A perdido relevencia Olivia, pero con los Archons y habilidades esta carta puede brillar en varias batallas, asi como lo hizo en esta batalla copiando la habilidad Triage y asi pudo aguantar el Poison y ganar la batalla.

Hello everyone, this Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge is about Unsung Heroes! In which I will talk about Olivia of the Brook, a card that is very useful in battles, but has lost the presence it once had since, with the Arcane Conclave edition, there are cards and combos that are played often in several battles.
Olivia of the Brook is a Rebellion epic reward card, which can be obtained by spending Glint to purchase epic cards.
What makes this card so useful are its abilities, it has 3 abilities which are: Opportunity, Mimic and Deflect, which I highlight the Mimic, the strongest ability of this card since it allows it to copy the abilities of enemy units, and also by having Opportunity it will look for the unit with the least health and easily defeat it.
Olivia at LVL has the ability Opportunity which will attack the unit with the least health.
At LVL 2 you get Mimic an ability to copy enemy abilities.
And at LVL 6 (max) you get Deflect which will be immune to damage return (thorns, magic reflect) as well as (Blast, Corrosise Ward among others).
She does quite a few combos with several Archons, one of these being Elias Max, which I will show you in battle where he benefits from this Archon and also from copying enemy abilities.
Battle
In this battle I am granted 20 mana and the combat rules are:
- Equalizer: The unit with the highest health is granted to all units.
- Armored Up: All units gain +2 armor.
- Noxious Fumes: All units start with Poison.
For this battle I go with Elias Max, and I go with Olivia to give her Armor Strike and Piercing.
The usual thing for this battle would be to go with Elias' Cleanse, but I don't have any cards that heal the back (Triage) which takes the option of playing with Olivia since I think the opponent will play with some Triage card or some ability to heal, and so Olivia copies that ability.
- In the first position I go with Halfling Refugee, a very useful card in any battle for a cost of 1 mana.
- In second position I go with Endless Gibbon since I don't have units with low caste.
- In third position I go with Nimbledook Explorer since this card grants more armor which benefits the Armored Strike ability more.
- In fourth position I go with Olivia of the Brook along with the Armor Strike and Piercing granted by Elias, and she can also copy enemy abilities.
Round 1:
Olivia having an armor of 6 doing a lot of damage and my Refugee defeats the enemy Refugee.
Round 2:
Olivia copies an ability and luckily for me it's Triage which can heal my units in the back.
Olivia plus Refugee's damage defeats Blackmoor Trickster.
Refugee is defeated this round.
Round 4:
Olivia keeps copying skills but there are no more useful skills to copy.
Since she's now the only card in the back, she'll heal himself through Triage.
Olivia with her Opportunity defeats Thunderhoof Nomad.
Round 6:
Olivia defeats Ujurak Elder with Armor Strike, giving me the win.
Olivia is played in several ways, one of these with Archon Elias granting her Armor Strike and Piercing, Olivia did 6 damage with the armor and her damage plus 4 for a total of 10 damage.
Olivia has lost relevance, but with the Archons and abilities this card can shine in several battles, just as it did in this battle by copying the Triage ability and thus was able to withstand the Poison and win the battle.
