Splinterlands Social Media Challenge | Unprotected with Briar Patch!

Namaste to all the Warriors of Splinterlands!๐
In this week's ๐Splinterlands Social Media Challenge๐ I'll be showing you a battle where my summoner and a special card's same ability put the enemy under a lot of pressure at the very beginning of the battle on the battlefield, which changed the course of the battle. So obviously, this battle will teach you a lot and also entertain you, so stay tuned!

My lineup for this outstanding battle!
I created my team by using 25 of my total mana cap!

Let's now look at the Battlefield and how all the cards are positioned!

Now, let's see what happens when the battle starts!
๐ฅRound 1

Talking about team building based on rulesets, my opponent was wise not to choose melee attackers, as Thorns was a common ability in this battle according to the ruleset. I chose a melee card because at the mana cap set for the battle, I did not have a better card than this to create a defending position in the first place, and this card has certainly done its job well.
Apart from this, if you have paid attention to the initial health of the teams, then you must have noticed that even before the battle started, the health of all the enemy cards had reduced to -2, one reason for which is my Summoner and the other reason is the Weaken ability of my third place card Rune Arcanist, after which knocking out the enemy became so easy that the enemy's first place card was killed in just 2 attacks in the first round.

If you pay attention, you will understand that after losing -2 health, even the good cards of the enemy have become very weak, due to which the enemy's current first-place card also got knocked out in the first round after being attacked by another of my cards.
๐ฅRound 2

This is the scene of another enemy card being knocked out at the beginning of the second round. Here my team is still intact but the enemy has lost all its cards except one card. Although this remaining card of the enemy has the most powerful stats, I have already told in the beginning that I won this battle comfortably. Here the important thing is not to know the result but to learn by understanding the process for which I would suggest that you to watch this battle because by watching the real action and reaction of every card, not only will you be able to enjoy it, but you will also learn a lot from it.*
If you also want to enjoy this amazing game and you have not yet signed up, then I invite you to Splinterlands, and I will also try my best to guide you in this game. ๐

Have a Happy and Blessed day!
Your breakdown of the battle is so clear, and Iโm sure itโs helping a lot of people strategize better. Iโve never really thought about how a simple -2 health can change the course of the game.
Only by paying attention to such small things can a good team be made. Anyway, I myself am new to this game and am still learning it and it is challenging and fun. Thank you for your comment and sorry for replying late.
