Splinterlands Social Media Challenge | Role of the Rulesets!

Namaste to all the Warriors of Splinterlands!π
In this week's πSplinterlands Social Media Challengeπ I will show you a battle in which another enemy selected his team without understanding the rules properly and suffered a huge loss on Battlefield. So obviously, this battle will also teach and entertain you a lot, so stay tuned!

My lineup for this outstanding battle!
I created my team by using 40 of my total mana cap!

Let's now look at the Battlefield and how all the cards are positioned!

Now, let's see what happens when the battle starts!
π₯Round 1

Here, in the first attack of the first round, my third place card Kulu Mastermind started the battle by attacking the enemy's card with least health due to its Opportunity Ability and knocking it out in a single hit.

If you have noticed here, then a big mistake of the enemy is that he has given place to ranged attackers in the team. Perhaps he must have paid attention only to the first rule set according to which only 50% ranged damage will be returned and in this way he will be able to cause comparatively more damage to my team, but apart from this, there is another rule set in this battle which amplifies the damage of retaliate. This is the reason that after this attack of the enemy's range attacker, the enemy also had to bear equal damage in return fire.

And looking from my side, fortunately, the enemy has 2 such cards, which cause equal damage to themselves with every attack on me.
π₯Round 2

Another point to be noted here is that the attacking power of my cards is better than the enemy's, which gives me an upper hand. Since every card gets only one chance to attack in each round, in such a situation, how much damage you can cause to the enemy while protecting yourself is what matters the most.
I definitely won this battle quite comfortably but to make it a little better I could have included 1 or 2 magic attackers as magic ignores shield and directly targets health. But not including range attackers in the team turned out to be a good decision which I was able to make because I read and understood both the rulesets properly. This is the reason why I suggest you to select the team by understanding the rulesets. The right team selection plays a big role in determining the direction of the battle.
Now, you know what happens in this battle, but still, I would suggest that you should watch this battle because by watching the real action and reaction of every card, not only will you be able to enjoy it, but you will also learn a lot from it.
If you also want to enjoy this amazing game and you have not yet signed up, then I invite you to Splinterlands, and I will also try my best to guide you in this game. π
