Namaste to all the Warriors of Splinterlands!πŸ™

In this week's 🌟Splinterlands Social Media Challenge🌟 I am going to tell you about a battle in which I used the powers of a fairly new summoner with a great strategy to form a team and easily defeated an enemy twice as strong as me.

And I assure you that you will enjoy it!😎

The total mana cap for this battle was 27, including the summoner's mana cost as we all know!

Summonerdetails
Lorkus a summoner of the Fire and Death Element This is a level 1 summoner but its powers are truly amazing. Firstly it provides all friendly melee attack units +1 melee attack and all friendly magic attack units +1 magic attack. Along with this, it can give Life Leech and Affliction OR Trample and Fury to 2 units of your choice.
Rule set (No Modification)Meaning
As its name suggests, it won't change anything to standard gameplay rules.

Cards on the battlefield

1st position (Cursed Windeku)Ability
The Mana cost of this card is 6, It is a melee attack card, having 9 health and Thorns ability due to which every time this card hit with a melee attack, it does 2 melee damage back to the attacker.

2nd position (Pallus)Ability
Mana cost of this card is 8, It's also a melee attack card, having 7 health and 1 shield with Flying, Reach and Kindred Spirit: True Strike Ability. With Flying it has a 25% bonus chance of evading melee and ranged attacks from the units who do not have the flying ability, with Reach it can attack from the second position and with Kindred Spirit at the start of battle, adjacent units with Kindred will gain True Strike.

3rd position (Magi Necrosi)Ability
The Mana cost of this card is 6, It's a magic attack card, having 4 health along with Snipe and Camouflage Ability. Although both of its abilities are amazing, I chose this card because of its Camouflage ability because with camouflage this card can not be directly targeted for attacks unless it's in the first position.

I created my team by using all 28 of my mana caps.

Now I will take you to the battlefield!

This is how the battlefield looked after all the cards received their summoner powers. My summoner gave +1 magic and +1 melee attack to all 3 of my cards However, the enemy summoner reduced 1 health of all my cards and 1 magic of my 3 places card. From the optional abilities of my summoner, I chose Trample and Fury ability for 2 of my melee attacker cards in which I mainly focused on the Trample ability as per my strategy for this battle.**

Now let's see what happens on the battlefield!

πŸ”₯Round 1

At the start of the first knockout, you see my first-place melee attacker card attacking the enemy, however immediately after that, my attacking card took 2 health damage due to the enemy card's Thorns ability. Sometimes this strategy of damaging the enemy with Thorns plays a decisive role, so it should not be taken lightly. Thankfully, my first-place card also has the Thorns ability, which will definitely benefit us.

But the important thing to note here is how the cards chosen based on the powers of my summoner defeat the enemy on the battlefield as per my strategy. After my attack, you saw the enemy's Thorns, but after that, the effect of the Trample ability happened. Since the enemy's first-place card was knocked out in the attack of my card, my attacker card made another attack on the enemy's second-place card with the Trample ability and as you can see in the image above, in the first round itself my enemy lost 2 of its cards.

πŸ”₯Round 1 (ended)

But usually, it is not so easy to win battles because my enemy must have also made some strategy and probably because of this he has more variety of cards. Since Thorn's ability only damages Melee attackers, my first-place card along with Thorns also got knocked out in the first round itself. Now the equation is again the same as at the beginning of the battle, meaning the difference between the number of cards on the battlefield between me and my enemy is double.

πŸ”₯Round 2

Here, at the start of the second round, my current first-placed card hit the enemy card with 4 melee damage and knocked him out in one hit and immediately after that with the Trample ability it does another attack on the next card of the enemy team and knock him out too because it had only one health.

This was an important part of my strategy which worked very well in Battlefield. The trample ability with my attackers increases your attacking capability. With the help of this, I have established pressure on the enemy in this battle, where initially the enemy was double in number, now it has reduced to equal to me.

πŸ”₯Round 3

Here you can see the first attack of my Magic Attacker in the 3rd round and its effect. Now I can say that there is not much left in this battle because, after one more attack of my Melee Attacker (Pallus), the enemy's last card will also be destroyed.

I hope you have noticed how with the combination of an ability and some attacking cards, you can make a better team even if you are less in number. I would have also chosen a summoner with 4 mana cost and saved mana for my cards and made a different kind of team which would not have been wrong but here the Trample ability was an important part of my strategy and it played that role very well.

I hope you enjoyed my battle and learn something good!😎
