My new favorites, the CryptoPuffies... they are cute and give me passive income at the same time!

I do love passive income, but I also fear that all the node projects will suffer a lot in the coming months. Just like we saw with the rebase tokens, I am afraid that we will see something very similar happen to the node projects... I might be wrong about this, and I hope I will be wrong, because I have personally "lost" quite some passive income due to the failure of the rebase tokens since December, and my passive income will suffer even more if the node projects will fail and fall in price.

So, I am not exactly sure what the future will bring, but one of my newest sources of passive income is actually something called CryptoPuffies, some cute NFTs on the Avalanche blockchain, created by the people behind Penguin Finance. These are OGs (long-time supporters of the Avalanche blockchain and doxxed by AvaLabs), meaning that they are respected and well-known among the top-leaders of Avalanche, something that also brings credibility to the project. It can also be understood as they have frequently been part of AVAX Rush programs, which means that they are handed out AVAX tokens to give boosted rewards to people being part of other farms run by the team).

What's up with the Puffies?

There are 8888 puffies in total and as you buy one (the price is 2 AVAX), you can stake it on the site and receive AVAX rewards daily. The ROI is currently about 40 days, but as the rewards will decrease quite a lot, it is more realistic to count with an ROI around 100 days. But, do not forget, you still own the puffy throughout this process, meaning that you can unstake it and sell it at any time during the process.

Isn't that cool?

I am not at all a fan of NFTs, but this is actually a project that I like and enjoy, simply because they are cute, and they bring passive income! :)
