A Piece of me

A little canvas mind dump I painted this afternoon. I found that the last few days I ended up spending way too much time on social media and I rly saw how it affects my energy and makes me less creative, less energised and more easily triggered. I swear it’s not good for the soul, but hard sometimes to avoid when it’s a useful promotional tool at the same time. I feel the way is to learn to balance it rather than avoid. I tore myself away from my phone for the afternoon though and worked on this little piece to get warmed up for a commission I have.
