I joined a welcoming guild named FREE ENERGY DEVICE as a noob player in December 2021. They warmly welcomed me even though I hadn't much to contribute. Today, I would like to give back by helping the guild upgrade its Store to Level 2.

I don’t see myself going to another guild even though it might offer me more benefits. I would rather try to slowly help the guild that gave me a chance when I was still trying to figure out this game. So, getting our Store to Level 2 would allow us to unlock Gladius Cases.

But wait… Our guild’s store is already at Level 2?! Yes, this week, a generous member carried most of the load to level up our guild’s store. I would like to give back to this member (@p-paul) a chunk of his contributions. I've already sent him a Chaos Legion pack as a little "thank you", but if I can give back a bit more, that would be great!

So, here is the deal:

A Short Guide to find your first Guild

In order to give back to the community, I also wanted to provide a quick guide to newcomers looking for a guild.

Open Guilds

In the Guild section, you will be able to filter between the different types of guilds. As a newcomer, your best chance will probably be with one of the OPEN guilds.

This is actually how I found mine.

Main Benefits

• DEC Bonus

One of the obvious benefits of Guilds is the DEC bonus you can get after each win in the Battle mode.

• Merits, but with a Level 1 Store

Another one is to earn Merits, which will allow you to buy Gladius Cases. Merits are Virtual Credits that can only be used in the Guild Store.

Caveat:
You’ll be able to collect Merits only after leveling up your Store to Level 1.

• Gladius Cases, but with a Level 2 Store

Gladius Cases are packs of cards that can only be used in Brawls (= Guilds battles).

Those cards can’t be sold, however, they still have a DEC burn value, which counts towards your overall Collection Power.

Caveat:
You’ll be able to purchase Gladius Cases only after leveling up your Store to Level 2.
