OMG What not to do

What not to do in all monsters lose abilities

Facepalm.png

Here we have back to basics with 36 mana; water, fire and dragon splinters available.

Immediate facepalm when i saw his monsters drop, gold foil summoner, 4 fairly good gold foil cards, but positioned in such a way that of the 6 monsters he chose only a maximum of two will be doing any damage at all during one fight. I actually chose my weaker leveled bortus expecting a magic play which clearly didn't happen; had this guy even swapped out two of the melee units for ranged i think it would have gone badly for me. Seriously i hope i can make a post that helps people to think and not waste valuable attacking spots on the off beat rule sets like this one as back to the basics really is a waste of mana putting in too many melee units.

Maybe the opponent was a bot? Sometimes they screw up things with the rulesets, that hand of cards would have been fine without 'back to basics'.

maybe but there was no numbers behind the name, and it's not the first time i see people do this sort of thing; so wanted to make a post to get people thinking before they place their monsters ;)
