Feral Spirit Battle Challenge

This is my post for the weekly battle challenge for Feral Spirit.

This has always been one of my favorite cards, I will miss it when i can't play it in modern format. Finally had the perfect battle to showcase it with the right team mates; Match was 17 mana no armor and melee only. With Fire, water, life and death available i suspected a fire play because of the lack of armor.

My Team:
Lorna Shine - since no armor she is there to absorb one hit
Gargoya Scrapper - small one mana meat shield planned for absorbing at least 2 hits
Xenith Monk - low mana with self heal sustain
Celestial Harpy - Low mana opportunity great equalizer
Feral Spirit - low mana sneak attacker with great speed
Stitch Leech - low mana sneak with decent damage for it's level

Enemy Team:
Tarsa - Attack and HP bonus to team
Radiated Schorcher - low mana take first large hit
Grum Flameblade - destroyer, bloodlust, very dangerous
Scorch Fiend - rear sneak absorber

As expected the opponent played fire, scrapper here actually ended up being a clinch unit instead of a sacrifice as this held Grum in second position unable to activate his bloodlust ability and ultimately taking him down with my sneak monsters. Despite them having the upper hand with a higher level summoner, this just goes to show how much placement is just as important as levelling up your cards.
