yes blackfoils have more power but in the rebellion airdrop, CL cards got no power in wagons. Rebellion getting 50% is generous in itself because you dont have to buy any of the new cards and you can still get some of the new cards, maybe. now I understand how people who bought CA and didnt get any black foils are at a disadvantage. I agree with that part.
