We're Back!

This is a short update post, seeing as how we got started last year... life gave us the smackdown on all fronts. 😝 We don't take that lightly either.. it's been a long road.

But we aren't giving up on this project, to be sure. It has taken a bit, but we're still climbing those mountains. Things are finally going in the right direction.

Over the Easter Holiday.. I was giving a great deal of thought on what we should do to get some Vets the help they might need. And wouldn't you know it, @enginewitty had the same thoughts going on at the same time with no communication with each other.. kinda freaky if you think about it. 😂

There will be a three fold use for our token:

1. Help Veterans already on HIVE.
2. Help Veterans that aren't on HIVE, give them assistance and onboard them.
3. Let those that donate to our great cause by buying and holding Cav Token, to earn some rewards for doing so.

For #1 and #2, we are working identifying those in need. For #3 we are in the process of getting our reward bot coded, to start that process for those that have already acquired Cav Tokens.

If you are a Vet on HIVE you need to be holding some Cav to get that ball a rolling. 😉 For those that cant afford that.. I got a plan for y'all in that regard.. so stay tuned.

For the rewards part, we are going to be dropping some WOO, PIMP and THGAMING Tokens to get started. What we are looking at currently is:

• Surgent Gaming and the Astral Revelation crew for donating 500 HIVE to the @vetfunding account to help get us some stronger legs.
• BookerMan from WOO for dropping 225,000 WOO on us to help all our vets out there.
• The PIMP District for staking 25,000 PIMP to the account so we can get a few divs from those people.
• Also a big thank you to @thealliance for throwing us over 100,000 THGAMING tokens for us to use.

I(@inthenow) will be making some weekly posts to allow those that are holding CAV Tokens, to have a say in which tokens are offered as rewards. There will be a suggestion/update post and a voting post. The ball will be in your court as to which direction we take... within reason ofc. 🙃

So keep your eyes peeled for the first update/suggestion post! In the meantime...
