Fund a investment club by a group of ppl voting on posts made by the group to fund the club

Anyone with a .1 cent hive vote per article interested in creating a 30 member club to vote once per day or 3 dollars per day if everyones vote remains .1 if hive gets higher than that only helps if it gets lower the roi goes down as well which is when I think the first thing should be to set up a master account where only earnings from various investments come in then will be distributed using a multisig wallet where everyone must sign so we will probably do distributions monthly bc of the time factor of actually doing it securely that 100% of the people are inveolved as well since under the SEC exemption of Inv. clubs no one must be passive and all must be involved in say stock, crypto, other investment selection and some members like my self will have admin responsibilities where I do the taxes, keep the books on wave online for everyone to view and be able to compare and see when things are recorded a certian way and it will also be sucked of the blockcain as a double check. Say 50-80% of the SPS goes to the player in value meaning its paid out in hive or another currency as I want ot hold on to sps and GLX and the same team set up will be for GLX ill play all roles if possible for as long as i can level up or if i can do so profitably have bots until i have a high level bunch of guilds to attract good players that will diversify my into tournaments as that plus brawls will be there main function as well as battles when they want but there is a bot for when they are not playing but my goal will be to schedule ppl to do 2-4 hour shifts of stright playing and steaming on my own streaming channel which will have a goal similar to spl tv but we will stream all games we play and create a DAO Token to have some of it like 40% distributed to the steamers based on how many viewers and bonuses for conversions into players under the referral code which is mine as i will control all profiles and ppl can just log in.
