Back again with a new Rising Star giveaway, and this time I'll be sending out two prizes of 1000 Starbits.

But first, congrats to the winners of Giveaway #15, @tkrbryt, @danideuder, and @eijibr! I will send out your prizes of 1000 Starbits shortly after this post goes live.
