Ice Pixie - Pixelart Day 12 Splinterlands Art Contest - Week 297
Hi I'm thisnewgirl and this is my personal challenge to draw 1 pixelart daily, we continue on day # 12

if you want to participate in the weekly contests take a look at their blog and find out about contests and news about the game, for this week I wanted to participate by making the Ice Pixie card but as if it were a magic statue containing the power of ice.
below is the reference image of the character, on hot days like today I was definitely attracted to this card.

C: simple shapes but a solid silhouette to begin to release the hand, today unlike other days I did not do warm up exercises, so it cost me more to make curves and I had to go counting pixels adding and subtracting them to see the shapes relatively well.

base skin colors for the face
here i was just trying out what looked better
shadows and lights
kinda off when i dont have the full body with flat color so i fixed this
flat color for the whole body
lets work those shadows and lights again

when im just doing the whole process and making layers go off
i needed to place my light source so i placed the sun well erhm "sun " XD it doesnt look like a sun now but it will
coloring wings
placing base light shadows for the pilar
we need green!
