Proceso/Process

I start this work by looking for a reference that has a short haircut similar to that of a mimosa, then I make the sketch and add the details such as the clothes and some additional ones, then to paint I use a skin tone as a base and I paint with different tones To give richness to the skin, I soften these tones and make them a little more powerful and proceed to add the features of the face such as lips, eyebrows and eyes, which I give more work to in the pupils.

When I define the skin and features, I like to start with the clothes to give it texture with different tones that complement the entire painting, then I move on to define the hair, a very important part of the portraits, which this time I did with a brush according to brush that I really liked the result and I also made some loose hair to give it more dynamism, I also made the background with several superimposed images and different lighting effects and finally I am playing with different filters and multiply and superimpose layers to add shine and dark colors to the portrait and that's how I made this painting of Mimosa Nightshade
