Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge - Training

Source
Hello friends, hello splinterlands community, welcome to my second ever hive post. The splinterlands game has a of features and interesting parts that once you start playing, it’s hard to stop because you will enjoy it. It was difficult for me when I started out and what helped me out was the practice feature of the game.
I want to talk about that today in my community challenge entry. This however has changed from practice to training in the game with some additions. With the new additions, players can now customize their practice battles with respects to some parameters.

On the main homepage of the game, players can find the training feature. Training is written boldly on the same line as the game modes; modern and wild. This is to the right side of the game modes. Once players click this practice feature, this launches and players can customize and practice their battles.
The parameters under which players can customize their battles include; cards selection, summoner level caps and game level. Each of these parameters have their options in which players can choose from and test out their skills as splinterlands can be considered as a tactical battle.
The game is such that players constantly have to up their game by learning new tactics and that is why the training feature is one that if players use can really help them prepare well for their real battles. Practicing with training is helpful because when you lose a battle no rating is deducted from your overall modern or wild rating and so players don’t lose anything. Players however also do not earn any extra ratings or in game currencies; $GLINT and $SPS.
Once players click on training and customize the battle based on the parameters provided, they are taken to the team selection stage where they select cards for the team based on the cards they have allowed to be available in this battle.
Players practice against bots which means at all times players have a bot available for them to battle with.

If players are having challenges with some rulesets in real battles, the challenge feature is the best tool to help them. I will talk about this feature in my next entry if the splinterlands challenge allows it.
If there are other challenges you have as a player, the training feature is the best place to help players address their difficulties and be more ready and prepared for battles.
To conclude with my community challenge entry, I would just like to advice all players to take advantage of this.
