Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge - Custom Set

Source
Hello friends, hello splinterlands community, welcome to my fourth ever hive post. Consistency at last. Like I said last week, the splinterlands game has a of features and interesting parts that once you start playing, it’s hard to stop because you will enjoy it. There's a new feature again, which is the custom set feature.
I want to talk about that feature today in my community challenge entry. This is an addition to the set rentals feature which was introduced last year to make renting easier. I have made use of this a lot as I haven't purchased any card yet. With the new additions, players can now even make rentals easier.
Set rentals has tremendously helped me because since I started playing, that has been my go to. My guild members helped me to pick what set to rent from and I have been making use of set rentals till date. That is why I am extra intrigued about the custom sets feature.
On the main homepage of the game, players can find this feature by first selecting market with their mouse pointers. Then the next is to click on set rentals. When set rentals is successfully launched, there are options to choose from including chaos legion and custom sets. Click on view to continue exploring this feature.
Once custom sets launches, the list of players or users who have put up cards for renting is available. What differentiates this from the regular set rentals is that where custom sets is concerned, there is a mixture or a combination of cards from everywhere and from all levels. It is not limited as we have in the regular sets like chaos legion where only chaos legion cards are allowed in that set.
With that, players get a combination of cards which can be very beneficial to the one renting in battles. With custom sets, the amount of sets you get to choose from changes depending on the time you check the sets. Like right now as I am writing my entry, there are only 8 sets to choose from.
The highest number of cards is saydie rental set novice from saydie followed by New Player Set from seattlea then Extra Cards For Modern / Wild / Survival from hasie then FIRE_ALPHA_BETA, Earth_Alpha_beta, Life_alpha_beta and Death_alpha_beta all from saachi. The next is ALQUILABLES from criptoanarquista and lastly Chaos Legion lvl 1 Summoners from nozem01.
All these sets or rental listings consists of different combination of cards and have different costs per day. From this list the highest listing is ALQUILABLES which goes for 1000 dec per day and consits of only 9 cards. But the cards in this set range from level 2 to level 10 cards. And maxed cards can be quite expensive.
The cheapest listing from the list was Extra Cards For Modern / Wild / Survival which is 5 dec per day and consits of 30 cards. Most of the cards were level 1 with a few level 2 and one level 3 card.
You might wonder why the one with more cards in this scenario is cheaper than the one with few cards. It is simply because of the the strength of the cards in the set and also it is the discretion of the owner of the set.
To conclude with my community challenge entry, I would just like to advice all players to take advantage of the custom sets and set rentals.
