Minting my first NFT punks and it's because, it's on Hive!

Wow! I've been out for a little while in Hive. Nearly 6 months of being off the grid but now I'm in and so excited to share to you my first ever NFT punks in Hive. I've been running around the circles of defi world and nft gaming these past months; building my network using my Hive earnings of the past. I'm pretty earning well with these loads of NFT games and gamified DeFi sprouting the crypto sphere lately. Splinterlands being the most profitable of all. Yay!

Never in my plan to venture in NFT Punks as they're so expensive to mint or even to buy one in most luxurious network like ETH or SOL. But if I could find one in Hive then I could try some. And boom they're finally here! A big thanks to the @blockheadgames team for materializing NFT punks on Hive. They perfectly did well in choosing Hive as the fastest, most secure and cost effective blockchain.

Today I did mint my first 5 Punks that has a total cost of 100 Hive, 20 Hive per Punk as the network is currently holding the Hive Festival. It will cost you 25 Hive when the event ends so grab your punks now! As of the time being, there are only 5,098 punks available to mint and there are only 10,000 pieces of them being unique with one another.

Among 5 Punks I minted, I got this lone 1k rarity score punk named Emely Murray who is a Beverage Tester. It's intriguing to see her rarity score but has no accessories associated with it. Maybe this is how it should be that the rarity of this Punk is determined by how it differs against the remaining 9999 Punks. At least that's how I see and understand it. I'm excited to see more punks in Hive and how other users evaluate their own minted punks.

Looking forward for this milestone in my NFT network and hopes for a Punk appreciation as more features to come. Until then!

Congratulations on your first minting! I'm interested in minting NFT punks too but I think I need to understand it better though 😅

Yeah, it's really quite hard to understand especially it's use-case. I just hit that mint button though. 😅

Nice collection. Got 1 punk around 2AM PH time and there was only 3.1K punks left. Now the site is on maintenance so it's probably sold out? XD

10,000 punks when ratio'd out to the number of users in Hive is really low. But enough to drive price appreciation as people will soon realize what they're missing out. lol
