Hive Power Up Day: Hive Progress Continued

Today marks the first time I am joining this event: Hive Power Up Day! I have powered up in the past but never really timed it in a way that it aligns with the 1st of every month. Let's see how much HP I have now!

Preface

I started tracking my Hive progress earlier this year. I understand it was a missed opportunity considering I had been playing Splinterlands, a Hive-based Web 3 game, since August 2021. I had been indirectly exposed to Hive but I did not delve much into what else is in this ecosystem.

I understand now that there's so much to learn about this space! I am hooked!

I remind myself of this Chinese proverb:

I am glad I took action. Though late, it's better than not having done it at all. I used to have just under 70 HP and before today's Power Up, it's right around 300 HP.

Powering Up

I had known I would be accumulating HP and HBD from blogging and from upvoting articles and comments. I had been studying how the Hive works and though I finally understand the basics, I acknowledge that there's so much more to learn!

Just like that.. 100 HP has been added!

Did I do this right? I certainly hope so!

I have been slowly growing my Hive account over the past few months and I plan to keep building here on out!

I started gaining traction mainly from writing Splinterlands content. I am hoping I can also provide quality content in other communities in this ecosystem as well.
