The B 6000 glue with clay for the head and eyes is the highlight for me, it really brings the piece alive. Your steps was so clear that even I could follow, though my desk would be covered in gliter for days :) The layered paper plus clay body gives the butter:fly nice depth, perfect for hanging near the bed.

I really like your compliment and the message you gave about using glue. Glue can be used to make a broken thing beautiful by strengthening it. But your table is shiny and you can sit there and create art.

Love how you put it, glue really can heal borken bits and give them new life :) Your shiny table feels like a tiny stage for all those butterflies, it even makes the colors pop more,,, nice vibe. For glitter edges I like a thin top coat of ADhesive like Fevicol or a touch of B 6000 so it stays put and doesn't shed. Do you also wipe the table with a dry cloth first so dust doesn't stick?
