The DAO Chair is a spokesman; a single voice to represent the diverse community of SPS stakers. To present us in the best possible light to the outside world, to stay across changes and sentiment and to share insights with the community.

To that end, I'd like to take this opportunity to call out and celebrate the tireless efforts of the man who actually makes it all work. @clayboyn

Whether researching and negotiating exchange listing options, co-ordinating times and dates for treasurers across different time-zones to sign and execute sequential strings of transactions on multiple chains; or liaising with our legal team in setting up and managing the Foundation, @clayboyn is constantly thinking about what's best for the long term health and viability of the token, and by extension it's hodlers.
The average community member will see him occasionally posting or discussing proposals after they're posted; please know that there are hours or days of discussion and revision that go into each one. Then not only is he available and enthusiastic in replying to feedback and editing where necessary; but if passed; he's the guy who actually makes it happen.

We're forging a new path here. He can't just look up how others have done these things over the last few decades and emulate the success stories. This time it's us.
We are the ones doing the new thing; and when I say we I mean @clayboyn.
