There is an adage which says respect is reciprocal, this is always true because it is a real fact of existence. When you respect people, it is sure that you will also be respected because it is what it is.. Respect is not something we should beg for or force people to do to us because it will later not end well.

There are some fact that back up this strategy which is, doing things that will call respect for you. Most times the word respect are always misunderstood because of we think we are big enough be respect or probably we have attained a stage where we believe we should be respected.. This is not what it means to be respected at all and this will brings us down because, to people, it will be like pride..

There are some ways which I believe we can command respect and not beg for it which are;

1. Always take the lead in whatever you are doing:
   This will seem so hard sometimes because we feel that we are not what we think we are to be able to command respect.. we should able to stand for ourselves no matter the hurdles and stay on what we believe in. When this happens, people will will respect us for who we are and they will respect you no matter what it is .

2. Do to others what you want them to do to you;
   Here is another point which I want us to consider. Sometimes we all tend to enjoy what we do to others which we can not accept at the slightest chance. Do to others what you want them to do to you, this is where self respect comes in. Sometimes, we act in the bad ways which sometimes might not be what makes others happy. You need to seek the consent of others especially when what we do to them aren't what they wanted us to do to them..

3. Always be responsible for whatever you do;
   There are sometimes we need to pass some message to people or do something, this might be something that will lead to chaos because we all have different manner of approach to different things. Whenever you do something, always ensure you are able to stand by it and not been afraid of what the results will be.. we might do something and be tested to know if truly we believe in what we do and people might want to know your ability towards what you have done. Standing on what you believe is right will warranty you a self respect without begging for it.

4. Ensure you have money;
   Why did I use this as a last point? Well, this is true to some extent and you will agree with me that when you do not have money, in some aspect of life,you won't be recognised.. Which means in some cases, when you have money, you will be respected and will command respect without begging for it. When you don't have money, you might not be heard in a place of ideas because it's the money you have in your pocket they will respect and which will make them also respect you..

These are some aspect which I think we can be respected, and the most important part is that we should respect anyone we find around us and we also will be respected...

Hay un adagio que dice que el respeto es recíproco, esto siempre es cierto porque es un hecho real de la existencia. Cuando respetas a las personas, seguro que tú también serás respetado porque es lo que es. El respeto no es algo que debamos suplicar u obligar a que nos hagan porque después no terminará bien.

Hay algunos hechos que respaldan esta estrategia, que es hacer cosas que te pidan respeto. La mayoría de las veces, la palabra respeto siempre se malinterpreta porque creemos que somos lo suficientemente grandes como para ser respetados o probablemente hemos alcanzado una etapa en la que creemos que debemos ser respetados. Esto no es lo que significa ser respetado en absoluto y esto nos traerá abajo porque, para la gente, será como el orgullo..

Hay algunas formas en las que creo que podemos exigir respeto y no rogar por ello, que son;

1. Siempre toma la iniciativa en lo que sea que estés haciendo:
   Esto parecerá muy difícil a veces porque sentimos que no somos lo que pensamos que somos para poder inspirar respeto... deberíamos ser capaces de valernos por nosotros mismos sin importar los obstáculos y permanecer en lo que creemos. Cuando esto sucede, la gente nos respetarán por lo que somos y te respetarán sin importar lo que sea.

2. Haz a los demás lo que quieras que te hagan a ti;
   Aquí hay otro punto que quiero que consideremos. A veces todos tendemos a disfrutar de lo que hacemos a los demás que no podemos aceptar a la menor oportunidad. Haz a los demás lo que quieras que te hagan a ti, aquí es donde entra el respeto propio. A veces, actuamos de mala manera, lo que a veces puede no ser lo que hace felices a los demás. Debe buscar el consentimiento de los demás, especialmente cuando lo que les hacemos no es lo que ellos querían que les hiciéramos.

3. Sea siempre responsable de lo que haga;
   A veces necesitamos pasar algún mensaje a la gente o hacer algo, esto podría ser algo que conducirá al caos porque todos tenemos diferentes maneras de abordar diferentes cosas. Cada vez que haga algo, asegúrese siempre de poder mantenerlo y no tener miedo de los resultados. Podríamos hacer algo y hacernos una prueba para saber si realmente creemos en lo que hacemos y la gente podría querer saber su habilidad hacia lo que has hecho. Pararse en lo que cree que es correcto le garantizará un respeto propio sin rogar por ello.

4. Asegúrese de tener dinero;
   ¿Por qué usé esto como un último punto? Bueno, esto es cierto hasta cierto punto y estarás de acuerdo conmigo en que cuando no tienes dinero, en algún aspecto de la vida, no serás reconocido. Lo que significa que en algunos casos, cuando tienes dinero, serás respetado y exigirá respeto sin rogar por él. Cuando no tienes dinero, puede que no te escuchen en un lugar de ideas porque es el dinero que tienes en el bolsillo el que respetarán y el que hará que también te respeten.

Estos son algunos aspectos que creo que podemos ser respetados, y la parte más importante es que debemos respetar a todos los que nos encontremos a nuestro alrededor y también seremos respetados...
