Smackdown Did so well this week
It was a pretty wild ride on the September 27, 2024 episode of SmackDown if you ask me. When he talked about it earlier today, Randy Orton made a Ryan Seacrest style big return, of course immediately laying out Cody Rhodes. I mean, can you blame him? Also, a very unusual and pretty unpredicted partnership of Rhodes and the OTC Roman Reigns. It was only a matter of time before Randy brought that up, but things really got off the rails when Kevin Owens came down and asked for a tag match. We know there is a lot of tension under the surface, especially with Rhodes and Owens and just as I predicted last week, I'm thinking Kevin will turn geel in no time. You do not often see Randy Orton in such a role so I wonder where this is all headed.
The women's division is looking very good in my opinion, the storylines are trying to keep up with the men's storyline and perhaps some of them will be better than some of the men's storylines. A fired-up Nia Jax crashed Bayley and it'll be an epic Bad Blood match. That, and the weeks-long war of words between Carmelo Hayes and Andrade.
All roads leads to Bad Blood and honestly I just can't wait to watch it. We all know who everyone is coming there for, the Tribal Chief, I mean the original Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. First match back and he has to tag with the guy that cost him everything, Cody Rhodes. The drama is definitely on, haha.
