Ask Leo: Why Do You Really Want To Be Rich?

Fancy cars, Yatch, Condominiums, jets and a luxurious lifestyle seems like what we all desire. We are all pumped up to put in the work to have a good life far from the ordinary but sometimes, I ask myself the question "Why exactly do you want to be Rich?".

Before reading on, it's worth knowing that I wasn't born with a silver spoon and I began taking full responsibility of my well-being when I was still a teenager. My parents were available, but the money just wasn't available to cater for the entire family.

I've since developed the sense of not sharing my responsibilities with anyone and not being totally dependent on people (become a burden). I've also learnt that being rich could help me take full responsibility of welfare, be totally independent and live life on my terms.

I've never really thought much about having a luxury lifestyles even though it seems quite attractive and most of us would want that (I understand luxury comes with the riches and it's quite unavoidable). I really just want to be able to live comfortably, stay out of debts, give my family a very peaceful and comfortable life and not have my kids go to bed with an empty stomach.

Personally, I kinda admire the homestead lifestyle as it seems like a nice way to live a healthy and peaceful life but yeah, I would want if far from the ordinary with much more comfort.

Right now, investing in cryptos seem to be the best option to getting the kinda life I want for myself and my family. It sure has loads of opportunities for everyone and we've seen it work like a miracle for a lot of people. However, unlike Get-Rich-Quick schemes, I believe sticking around cryptos and learning its ways could make my dreams and goals become a reality sooner than imagined.

Finally, I really want to be rich so my offsprings won't have a reason to suffer like I did. Life was pretty tough for me growing up and there were temptations from every corner to do the wrong things to survive. I'm thankful I found crypto at the darkest point in my life and I'm much more thankful for the unlimited opportunities that have been given to me and many other folks like myself. I'm still gonna be learning and sticking around till and after I've gotten to the stage I've envisaged for myself and hopefully pass on the legacy to my offsprings.

Very interesting thoughts. I really long to be rich for the same reasons that you; so that my family and I have greater comfort and standard of living. I long for independence, a standard of living that allows me to enjoy life without any kind of lack, and to be able to decide what to do or not do with my time and money. Deep down, one of my biggest motivations to be rich is to have more freedom of action, and not be a slave to circumstances or people. Just like you, I discovered cryptocurrencies years ago and since then, I have been on the path to riches. To keep fighting for our dreams! Great post!

The freedom to live life on your terms it is for me too. After that it's about my family and being able to give them comfortable lives. From here, I'll look for ways to save the world in anyway that I can..... I might have the flashy lifestyles too... I don't know yet... Only time can tell.

I am proud of you for being able to stand up for yourself and resisting the urge to get your hands dirty with crime as you grew. I am sure you are proud of yourself and everyone around you are proud of you too. Never give up. ❤️❤️

I'm glad you also have the same goals and just want a comfortable life. I think the luxury lifestyle comes unintentionally tho, seems unavoidable when you have so much money particularly when you realise we can only spend the riches here on earth...lol

It was hard to ignore the dark sides of Hustling as most of my friends and family succumbed to the whole Yahoo vibes, but I'm glad, I upheld my value and was patient enough even when I had entirely nothing to my name. I'm really thankful for cryptos.
