It baffles me too! I guess most just want instant gratification whether it be engagement or income.

I think this is the problem for many. Hive takes some work to be part of it, as well as some learning. Most people just want convenience, which means they will always be slave to the providers. They take the handout from the platform, and give up their ownership.
