RE: [ENG/ITA] Splinterlands: That's Just an Idea... but Maybe I Can Make It Happen!

I think, if you are patient, the commons and rares will be available at low priced due to the Starter packs only costing $1, many will buy and soon have extras to sell. No harm stacking that extra DEC up into SPS right now and earning some more SPS/Vouchers by staking it in-game.
Or what about one of the resource liquidity pools ?, it's very possible that resources will appreciate thus growing your DEC in the LP and earning fees....rather more speculative though

The idea of putting my DEC into a LP with one of the land resources is very, very cool! What's in your opinion the one that might appreciate the most?
By the way, as I've said in the past, you should be writing some posts :) you always have great strategies and suggestions!
The demand for resources will be a moving target I think, right now Stone looks good, it's only a little ahead of Iron in terms of the fees earned ( we are not talking big money here though :-) ), Wood is next and Grain bringing up the rear.
But that could all change, imagine if conflict wagons need a lot of mostly wood to repair ( seems logical ) , the demand pendulum may swing.
I think the way to look at the LP is as a place to park DEC you won't need for a while, the pool will need for the fees to compound in and the game needs time to develop use cases for resources.
Have you seen Azircons post on Grain ? He calculated that across all Land, there is a 1.4 million Grain a day deficit. I asked him if he knew how long at current production that deficit would take to eat up the surplus grain we have been producing since land launch. He did. About 14 months. So at some point the market may look to the grain pool and see it is shrinking. Maybe a long term view on grain would be the wise play, zig when others zag, load up now when Grain is cheap.
With Grain, no matter how much new land is turned on, it won't be all Grain producing, so the surplus will likely shrink away reliably. I emptied my Grain pool to use the DEC for packs, I really should build it back up.
Today I started my midnight potion farm,(only had enough research for 1 Aura Lab Permit and I just hit the 10K needed this morning) if I can realise a profit there , that could be where I get the DEC to build up my Grain LP again
I'm too lazy to write a post..lol!!, one day I'll start, one day.....thanks for the encouragement
well, you've packed a lot of information into a single commment and I've seen thousands of posts less useful and informative than your comment above 😅 so you might (unintentionally) be closer to writing a post than you think ahahah
Yup, but knowing the time frame in which grain will be consumed is super interesting, altough 14 months are a quite a lot of time, so things might definetely change in the meantime. I might start with Stone, and maybe then change to Wood if Wagons will need it to be repaired!
That's why I'd love to read more about your plans and strategies on SPL: you are always considering all the possibilities that the game offer and have a plan to take advantage of the ones that are the most promising!
