I checked the discord citizen claims and didnt see anything from you. Are you a member of the dcity discord where top 400 citizens are claimed? You have to use the command --claim @ your username in the bot commands channel. You will see other people's claims and be able to get an idea if you get confused. Hope that helps!
ah I see, it is just possible via discord! Ingame is also a "claim" button that confused me
