We Went Grape Picking

Good day everyone , today we celebrated my birthday ,actually it is a late celebration. We were not able to go out during the day of my birthday because of the typhoon. So this weekend the weather is better ro we took the opportunity to go somewhere.

Before going to our favorite place for any occasion, we took a short detour to the grape farm of La Union. This farms offer grape picking almost whole year, they perfected the art of crop cycle I guess.

The place is like a paradise for people that go in this place ,that's me. It's my first time ,so seeing this grapes just hanging above me feels mazing. They offer this grapes at a rate of 200 Philippine Peso per Kilo.

I guess that's a good price for getting a fruit and the experience. They also have a free taste of there in site made grape wine. It's just the right amount of alcohol for me and I like the taste so I bought one bottle for home consumption when I feel like drinking.

I will get back here when we have more spare time. I talk to the locals that maintain this farm and they told me that they give some tutorials if I want to have my own grape yard. Who wouldn't want to have this kind of vines in their yard, so I'm definitely coming back to learn how to do it.

I will always cherish the memories of the serene place in San Fernando, La Union, where I resided during my first pregnancy. The residential area was a picturesque landscape adorned with sprawling grapevines. The kind owner of the place would frequently pay me visits, always bearing a medium-sized basket overflowing with freshly harvested, juicy grapes. It was a tranquil and enchanting place, and the taste of those grapes still lingers in my memory! 😂😂😂
