Another Outdoor Adventure - Banangan Sablan

This past weeks we have been visiting places near us. We wanted to relax and take a break from just facing tour gadgets the whole day. We decided to go to a place called the Banangan View Deck , the travel time going there is almost an hour from Baguio City .

As we always do we leave early morning to avoid the extreme heat and a lot of people . This place is a stop over for people going up and down from the Summer Capital of the Philippines . The stalls selling gift items and local products is still not open . They usually sell highland vegetable and gift like Ube Jam and Peanut Brittle .

This place has a view deck where you can see the high mountains and the clouds above it, this view is very refreshing and never get's old. We leave in a mountainous area but we never get tired of this kind of view.

We also brought my nephew and niece , they are camera shy when adult are around but when they are alone they have a lot of poses.

And just beside this view deck is a Land mark , A text is written telling the history of this place. And of course we took a lot of photo.

A History About Banangan

My Family

Cute Kiddos

We always take a lot of photos when visiting places. Photos allows us to look back on memories so we make sure to take a lot.

Also one of the attraction here is this "Kubo " a tiny house made out of Bamboo for its walls and floors and Grass for it's roof. People build structures like this here in our place , this serves as a place to rest send staying in this hut is a lot cooler than inside the house.

And that's it for our visit in Banangan, if ever you visit Baguio City you can stop for a while in this place . Take a break, breath fresh air and appreciate the beautiful view.

Again, thanks for always visiting my short blogs.
See you in the next one!

It's a beautiful scenery that you see lots of trees on top of a high mountain. Is there an entrance fee for going in this place?

There are such places in our country that are Rangamati and Cox's Bazar. I think there is a lot of beauty in enjoying such scenes with family. Building such a structure in the middle of the mountains and seeing the mountains are really beautiful moments. Best wishes for the travel post.
