#65 Water Elemental - Splinterlands Art Contest (ENG/ DE)

Helloooo dear Alien Art Crew, Hive Community and Splinterlands Fans,

How about you? What's up you? A casual and colloquial question today.

For me, everything is slowly returning to normal (whatever you interpret as normal). I've slowly settled in. A few things have been ordered and are on their way to me.

This gives me more time to be creative again, which I would like to prove today by taking part in this week's Splinterlands Art Contest with a female version of the well-known Splinterlands character "Water Elemental".

Somehow the character made me think of Marvel's "Venom". Probably because of the fluid state of this fantasy creature's body. Well, I don't want to digress, so here are the individual steps.

Na ihr? Was geht ab bei euch? Heute mal ganz umgangssprachlich und leger gefragt.

Bei mir geht alles langsam normal (was auch immer man als normal interpretiert) weiter. Langsam habe ich mich eingerichtet. Ein paar Sachen sind bestellt und unterwegs zu mir.

Somit habe ich mehr Zeit wieder kreativ zu sein, was ich heute auch zugleich unter Beweis stellen möchte und daher mit einer weiblichen Variante vom bekannten Splinterlands Charakter "Water Elemental" heute am dieswöchigen Splinterlands Art Contest teilnehme.

Irgendwie musste ich an Marvel's "Venom" denken, bei dem Charakter. Wahrscheinlich wegen dem flüssigen Zustand der körperlichen Beschaffenheit dieses Fantasiewesens. Nun ja, ich möchte nicht abschweifen und daher nun die einzelnen Schritte.

I started with the character and the sketch. After that I was coloring the water elementals.

Ich begann mit dem Charakter und der Skizze. Danach ging es weiter mit dem ausmalen des Water Elementals.

I wanted to portray the character in a somewhat "sexy" way, so I deliberately chose this position and incorporated one or two details.

Ich wollte den Charakter etwas "sexy" darstellen und habe deshalb bewusst diese Position gewählt und ein, zwei Details eingearbeitet.

Once I had finished with the Water Elemental, I set about working on the background. At first I wasn't sure what I wanted to do for the background, but then I decided on a mystical waterfall hill in the mist. I thought it suited the character.

Nachdem ich mit dem Water Elemental erstmal fertig war, machte ich mich daran den Hintergrund auszuarbeiten. Ich war mir zunächst unschlüssig was ich als Hintergrund machen möchte, entschied mich aber dann für einen mystischen Wasserfall Hügel, welcher im Nebel liegt. Ich dachte das passt zu zu dem Charakter.
