Question About Packs

What all can I do with them or use them for? I know that during the original SPS airdrop they were held to aquire more coins. However, now that all that is said and done, are they just to be sold or opened?

This is a geniune question, I just want to know all my options before deciding on what to do with them. Thank you all in advance.
