Wonderful and special greetings to all the members of clean planet community Infact it is a very big honour to be a member of clean planet community and I'm also using or ceasing this special opportunity to thank and appreciate all the members in this community infact they are really putting their best in the cleaning work because it is very important in life and also you all are very supportive to other new members of this community, infact some replies from people that I saw in my first cleaning activity post really encouraged and motivated me to do more in making sure that I keep my environment and surroundings clean and extra neat and I promised myself that I as a clean person I would always endeavor to always keep everywhere or place I'm staying clean and neat and I'm also ready to enclucate this knowledge to many other young ones outside in the world at large.

Cleaniness has Alot of health benefits to the body system that I would love to show you all;

Reduced risk of infection

Cleanliness, both personal and environmental, helps prevent the spread of germs and infectious diseases.

Improved air quality

Regular cleaning removes dust, allergens, and pollutants, leading to better respiratory health.

Prevention of foodborne illnesses

Cleanliness in the kitchen and during food preparation is vital in preventing food poisoning.

Reduced allergy symptoms

Regular cleaning can minimize exposure to allergens like dust mites and pet dander.

They are much other health benefits of cleaniness but that would be mentioned in my next clean planet post, but for now let us all put hand together so that we can keep the planet clean and avoid disease that can cause harmful effect in our body.

So as you can see in the video above 👆 I engaged in a cleaning activity today and it really went very successful and enjoyable too.
