Analyzing the performance recorded by the SPS token over a year, we can state the following.
At the moment the token is more or less at the same value as a year ago. What has happened in the last 12 months? We have seen a period of weakness and this period started more or less around June 2024, where a sudden drop came. The value of the SPS token hit its minimum in August 2024. There was another period of strong weakness that went from June 2025 until mid-April 2025. Then in March 2025 we saw a strong rise in the token. The rise that occurred between April and May 2025 is probably due to the launch of the new set of cards. Now the question is whether it is the right time to buy. In the past in this column I have highlighted several times the moments in which this token had relatively low and convenient prices. At this moment in terms of history the price is very far from its maximum value, but as far as I am concerned I will remain waiting, because I believe that in the next few days there could be new sales of SPS and therefore a new drop in value.

DEC Token
On 03-05-2025 the DEC token was worth $0.00093 and in the Coinmarketcap ranking it was at 6655th place.
Today, on 17-05-2025 the DEC token is worth $0.00097 and in the Coinmarketcap ranking it is at 5887th place.

Analyzing the annual performance made by the DEC token, we can state the following.
This token has had a good revaluation over the last 12 months. Today it is practically worth 20% more than a year ago. Going to set the graph to 12 months, we can see a good growth almost constant. Today its value is very close to $ 0.001, and that would be the value at which this token should be, but we know that it has also had very high peaks.
Now the question is, is this a good time to buy? So, as far as I'm concerned, buying this token at a value of $ 0.0009 is not wrong, it was certainly more convenient to buy it when in July 2024 or February 2025, it was worth $ 0.0007. A purchase at today's values, in my opinion, is not crazy.

Andiamo a controllare i valori dei due token di Splinterlands, l’SPS ed il DEC. Poi in fondo andremo a controllare quali sono gli evocatori più convenienti.

Token SPS
Il 03-05-2025 il token SPS valeva 0,01057$ e nella classifica di Coinmarketcap si trovava al 951 esimo posto.
Oggi, il 17-05-2025 il token SPS vale 0,01140$ e nella classifica di Coinmarketcap si trova al 958 esimo posto.

Analizzando la prestazione registrata dal token SPS nell’arco di un anno, possiamo affermare quanto segue.
In questo momento il token si trova più o meno allo stesso valore di un anno fa. Cos’è successo negli ultimi 12 mesi? Abbiamo visto un periodo di debolezza e questo periodo è iniziato più o meno verso giugno del 2024, dove è arrivata una discesa repentina.il valore del token SPS ha toccato il minimo ad agosto 2024. C’è stato un altro periodo di forte debolezza che è andato da giugno 2025 fino a metà aprile 2025. Dopodiché a marzo 2025 abbiamo visto un forte rialzo del token. Il rialzo avvenuto tra aprile e maggio 2025 probabilmente è dovuto al lancio del nuovo set di carte. Ora la domanda è se è il momento giusto per comprare. In passato in questa rubrica avevo sottolineato diverse volte i momenti in cui questo token aveva dei prezzi relativamente bassi e convenienti. In questo momento a livello storico il prezzo è molto lontano dal suo valore massimo, però per quanto mi riguarda rimarrò in attesa, perché credo che nei prossimi giorni potrebbero esserci delle nuove vendite di SPS e quindi un nuovo calo di valore.

Analizzando la prestazione annuale fatta dal token DEC, possiamo affermare quanto segue.
Questo token ha avuto una buona rivalutazione durante l’arco degli ultimi 12 mesi. Oggi praticamente vale il 20% in più di un anno fa. Andando appunto a settare il grafico a 12 mesi, possiamo notare una buona crescita pressoché costante. Oggi il suo valore è molto vicino a 0,001 $, e sarebbe il valore a cui questo token dovrebbe stare, ma sappiamo che ha avuto anche dei picchi massimi molto alti.
Ora la domanda è, questo è un buon momento per comprare? Dunque, per quanto mi riguarda, acquistare questo token al valore di un 0,0009$ non è sbagliato, certamente era più conveniente acquistarlo quando a luglio 2024 o a febbraio 2025, valeva 0,0007$. Un acquisto comunque ai valori odierni, secondo me non è una follia.

Cambio SPS/DEC

Se avessimo provato scambiare 1000 SPS con dei token DEC, avremmo ottenuto 7700 DEC, mentre 1000 DEC valevano 129 token SPS

Rispetto ai primi di maggio con la stessa cifra in $ oggi compriamo meno token SPS ma più token DEC.
Rispetto ad una settimana fa è più conveniente acquistare il token DEC che il token SPS e per quanto mi riguarda oggi preferirei accumulare più DEC che SPS, questo anche in previsione che il valore dell’SPS scenda ancora un pochino e quindi aspettare un'occasione d’acquisto migliore.

Diamo un’occhiata ai prezzi degli evocatori, soprattutto quelli più economici. Attenzione, questa analisi viene fatta esclusivamente per gli evocatori che si possono utilizzare nella sessione MODERN

Oggi, 17-05-2025, gli evocatori più economici sul mercato che si possono usare nella modalità Modern sono i seguenti:

Dopo un periodo di euforia, oggi l’SPS segna un -10% in un mese. Credo che sia un ritracciamento normalissimo.

Il DEC sta andando bene, in un anno ha fatto +20% ed è tornato vicino al suo valore ritenuto normale, quello di 0,001$
cambio SPS/DEC
Il cambio SPS/DEC si è leggermente indebolito, tutto a causa dell’abbassamento del prezzo dell’SPS avvenuto nelle ultime 4 settimane.
Evocatori (Modern)
Ora le carte che si possono usare nel formato MODERN sono solo Conclave Arcana e Rebellion, quindi abbiamo una lista molto diversa da quella dell’ultima settimana
Carte (Modern)
