Chaos Legion - From Zero to Hero: I

Hi everyone,

I have no clue how many people would go now for a fresh start with the new Chaos Legion cards, but I will blog about my new From Zero to Hero experience .

It is a a cool new was to experience Splinterlands, and a great source of fun. For this experiment I'm using an alt-account where I have nothing more that a starter kit, and my plan is to see how far I can go with no invest from outside:

The mission of the first day was to win five battles with Earth cards, and I built my decks around a core set based on the Obsidian summoner, with Mycelic Slipspawnand and Goblin Psychic cards.

To accomplish my first quest, I needed to fight 11 battles:

First reward: 10 credits.

First challenge: Climb over the Bronze III league

The first challenge of every new player is to collect enough cards to qualify for battles in the Bronze II league. This requires a collection of cards with a minimum burn value of 1000 DEC. Unfortunate, before this, there are no rewards for battles that are won.

Current status: 0 POWER.
ETA: currently unknown.

Are you renting cards to get enough collection power or are you going in from scratch from nothing.

I started from scratch, and as soon I will be able to rent, I will definitely do it.

How would you be able to rent if you can't earn DEC until Bronze II? I guess you might be able to use credits if you gather enough.
