alpha.dcrops: Investor Update #3

Greeting, everyone!

Back in August, I started together with @alexvan a share account to maximize our investments in dCrops. Our initial investment consisted in a small collection of Alpha edition cards, and 220 Beta Pack bought in the presale. Initial value of this joint venture: 1978.2 HIVE.

Changes from the last update:

Since the second investors update (Investor Update #2), the Crafting feature is released in the game. In this new section, with the use of some special equipment, basic ingredients can be processed and transformed in goods with a higher market value.

We have already in our account the blue prints for one Fridge, two Oil Press and one Preserve Barrel. I started to craft the materials needed to build them, but the process is slow, as raw construction materials can only be obtained from the seasonal Reward Chest. I'm constantly monitoring the market place for extra materials, but so far there are not so many options at reasonable prices...

I continued to pile-up fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers, adding up to the equivalent of 17399.00 Shares. Processed products get a booster in the value compared to the raw materials, and currently I'm building a strong reserve.

The current value of all the assets in the shared account is 3186.14 HIVE, in different categories of investments:

The value of the account (estimated, of course) is 17.09% above the initial investment. Most of the new functionality coming with the Beta edition cards is still to be added, but looks that the game will heavily rely on cards from both editions. This should be a constant growth driver for the value of our @alpha.dcrops account.

Dividends:

The current policy of the account is to distribute 20% of the profits to shareholders, and to reinvest the rest. From the last update, the earnings of the account were 48.229 HIVE, and dividends were paid today:

Info relevant only for a potential audit: last game payment received was 0.589 HIVE, corresponding to a CROP POWER of 342571.214, representing a 0.5149% share in the game.
