Mabuhay Splinterlands Community! I'm here again spongebob27 and passionately enjoying just to show the finest artwork that I could do. I love complex designs so I want to offer you something original and significant as well. Before the moment of giving you the processes applied, my heart is pleased to thank everyone for appreciating, commenting, and supporting my former posts. I sincerely appreciate it! Without any waiting longer here is my entry for this week Splinterlands Art Contest.

The Mischievous Mermaid is absolutely a game changer and of course a challenging card to draw. I came up to decide illustrating this character to give its anime style angle with a little bit doodle design.

The Process of the Art

The Salient part of creating this artwork is not using a sketch. I immediately use the colouring technique based on the reference card. I started with the head, garmennts, and its aquatic head piece. Then some purple outlines for the hair, gloves, and the tail.

The second phase of beautifying and putting intricate lines for emphasis.

After contrasting some colors, I officially select this one. I'm pretty sure it can harmonize the main character and letting the theme to be more experimental.

There is more intricacy after outlining the hair. Applying some small dots for alluring effects and adding a solid rock of corals where she sat on.

Let's dive into doodle! I think about bubbling effects then I start filling up the space behind wavy lines.

After 6 hours of gradual process, I decided to finish it up by adding glooming lights and putting aquatic objects. With my signature I also tried to settle the art in a GIF form.
