CHALLENGE RULES

RULESET: Weak Magic


Description:

Magic hits armor first before hitting health.

Add another layer of Protection to extend the life of your units.
Shatter or Pierce any armor your opponent dares place.


Battle Showcase: Create a post sharing a video link of one of your battles using the Weak Magic ruleset. Be sure to link to your battle even if you also upload it to a video hosting platform like YouTube.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for submissions is 2 days before the post pays out (Monday at 12 pm CDT). This is to ensure that our curators have enough time to review all the entries before the next challenge is posted. Your punctuality is appreciated!

Voting Quantity: You can get a MAXIMUM of 2 upvotes per week, per human. Please limit your entries to TWO posts a week. Take your time, make your posts awesome, and impress us with your Splinterlands skills!

Fair Play: Anyone found using more than one account to enter the contest will be muted in the community and banned from all curation and the possibility for participation in future contests.

Weak Magic is one of the two rulesets which exile magic cards. While Lost Magic completely shut players from using magic cards; Weak Magic only ban magic attack from bypassing the armor. Thus magic attack work exactly the same as melee and ranged attack. So armor traits will have more crucial defensive measure. Using magic cards are no longer preferable. But this naive perspective could cost a lot when opponents capitalize to put debuff against melee and ranged cards.

My strategy for this week's feature ruleset, Week Magic, is to make magic attacks more weaker by using monsters with Void and Silence ability aside from the additional armor that the summoner give.

When they made the summoners with Dual Element,
It was so unexpected, the way it went.
"Could it be bad?" "No, it can't."
But I don't think this is what they could've meant.
