EoS 126 Earnings - 36 Gold Chest (0 EPIC / 0 Legendary).

Here is my data right before the end of the season:

  • 36 Gold Chest
  • 4-7 daily Silver Chest.
  • I did not move up to GOLD. I will get Silver Level Chest for 127.
  • I Got 0 Epic, 0 Legendary, and 4 GF Cards.
  • 53 SPS in EoS Season Gold Chest

Here are the EoS Rewards:

Four Gold Foil cards are a nice prize. This season I did not expect much since I had a great last season (#125)

This is where having patience and collecting the small rewards adds up. In some seasons there is nothing special. In other seasons like #125, I got 1 new legendary card and a few other key cards that will add value.

I believe over time, they all add up to something of greater value in the future.

My SPS is at the end/start of the season.

Capturing this data is important so I can see the bag grow over time.

Stay in Silver until the last day of the season!

Normally this is what I do to get the most silver chest and still benefit from the EoS Gold Chest. However on Jan 14/15, I did not advance into Gold 3 and I was still playing in Silver 1 at the end of the season.

This means that I will be starting in Silver 3 and I will be ONLY getting SILVER chest for season #127. This is a mistake on my part.

My deck has some silver level cards now, but many of them are still bronze level cards. I am still missing many of Chaos Legion's EPIC and LEGENDARIES cards. My goal is to buy those missing cards first. This will take another year as many cards cost between $1-$15 each. I have not purchase any cards in the last 3 or 4 seasons because I wanted to spend some time to see what cards I needed and what the best way to spend that money.

My Deck (Bronze): $409 and 61K CP in Tradeable Asset.

Here is my current deck and Tradable Asset's CP power. I have about 20K in Soul Bound asset power.

Tracking this data shows how fast things can go up or down. I was in the ~$200 range for season 113 (see previous post).

My deck value peaked at around $580 before heading back down.

Summoner Levels (Soul Bound)

This is what my SB summoners look like at the end of the season. I still working on getting GREEN and WHITE to level 4 next. We are so close in experiencing the point where my SB summoners will be stronger than my other summoners (the ability to play high-level cards).

image.png

These soul-bound summoners are very important to a deck that is worth under $1K since many folks don't have enough resources to upgrade all the summoners. Many of my Chaos Legion summoners have lower levels than many of these SB summoners.

image.png

It's very important to me to continue to grind and work on getting more rewards cards. In 2025+, I wish I could max these cards. Believe me I trying to get as many as possible, but I still have many missing BCX and missing cards in this current reward set. This is part of the fun in the collectible card games.

Guild Brawl/Fights

Guilds have been great if you can get into a clan where you can add value. I started by switching many of my Regular Foil (RF) cards into a Gold Foil (GF) Bronze deck. By doing this I can play in more of the fray even with a lower-level deck. Then over the next year, some of my cards were upgraded and I could win some battles. Sometimes I play in silver GF fray and I don't do as well.

image.png

This last one, our guild did well and I got 41 SPS. The other benefit is the Gladius cards are very valuable, especially with the ability to play a card with bloodlust. All of my G-cards are bronze level, but I can see the day when some of those cards are in silver and they have an extra ability that will give me an advantage over the same bronze level card.

Splinterlands is a #play2earn NFT game that can be fun and profitable. All it takes is some time and a few assets to play. Your number of assets should grow over years of collecting cards and rewards from the chest. I think value will come from owning as many assets as possible.

I just wrote a post about how it sucks that I did not any Epic or Legendaries form my bronze chests.. I guess this season has not been so great with rewards in general. Congrats on the GFs.
Cheers!

Sorry!

I do find that over a long period, you will get some better drops.
As you move up, things will get better. That is the design of the game!!

I play in silver and try to finish in gold each EoS.
I know that diamond and champion players would tell us the same thing (move up in the league and you will get better rewards).
