Nice rental earning and nice deck value.
You can try to use Splex.gg to handle your renting.
You can get better earning with less time consuming. If you don't like it, you can stop it at anytime.

I have thought about it because rentals are annoying to set. However, I would still have to filter my cards and see which ones I should rent. It would save me time on price management though.

You can rent out the current cards which you're renting now and do the filter later. The Splex UI can help you to do the filter easily. Don't worry.
