No, the SPS reward for each win depends on your staked SPS. I have 19k staked SPS and only earn 0.5SPS for each win in Champion III in Wild format.

You're right, I am doing the math with my staked SPS - I guess each person is going to be different.
That makes sense now.
With your earning each battle, I guess you have around 100k staked SPS in your account.
