Monomad Challenge: One day in a strange village, where very ordinary people live.

Hay,
How are you! It's been a few days, I'm not posting on @monomad challenge. So I'm back, I'll try to post one every week from now on @blackandwhite community. Today I will share some pictures of a village. I will describe about that village in the rest of the post. Hope you like it.

Bangladesh is a very small country. However, I could not visit this country completely. I have traveled almost all over the country. I have had many experiences. Today I will talk about jute, the cash crop of this country. I will write about a village. I will share some pictures of very common people, who are very hardworking and poor.

Some time ago I went to a remote village in Bangladesh. Where some poor and simple people live. They work hard. Once upon a time, one of the most important industries in Bangladesh was the jute industry. Jute cultivation is not done like before. Jute is still cultivated in some places for the country's consumption.
Jute cultivation is mainly done in this village. Here people make a living by cultivating jute. However, they do not gain much from this. To live a poor life.

I went to a friend's house without any plan. My friend had already informed me about his area. So I wanted to go. I am a very curious person. I have traveled to many places with curiosity. It is also such a place. Today I will share the photography that I did in that village in the @blackandwhite community.

Let's talk about jute cultivation first.

To grow jute, the land needs to be prepared first. The soil is compacted. Then jute seeds are sown. After some time this jute plant started to grow. The leaves of this jute plant can be eaten again. A very interesting dish. However, this jute plant takes several months to grow. They are about 6-7 feet tall. Then they were removed. Branches and leaves are cut and bundled. Then tied with a rope and thrown into the water of a certain pond. By doing this, the jute starts to rot, after which the jute fibers come out. The water in that pond becomes unusable. Because that water becomes black due to the contamination of the rotten part of jute. Then this jute is lifted after a few weeks. These are thoroughly cleaned and the fibers are bundled. Then these farmers dry the bundles in the sun and sell them in the market. Collectors of different factories collect them from them. Then taken to the factory to make various types of products made of jute.

Let's Back to my story.....
Entering the village, I first stopped at the local market. My friend was waiting there. He took me to a shop, two friends had lunch together.

The market was very beautiful. Various foods, village produce vegetables, local river/pond fish, delicious market food and much more are available in this market.

Complete package. I visited the market. I saw the method of selling jute.

Then he told me to go to their house. But I didn't agree. The weather was very nice. Perfect weather for photography. I said, "No, I won't go home now, I'll go around for a while."

Then the two of us went around and took pictures.

After leaving the market, I saw a canal. Children are fishing with small nets. I took some pictures and went ahead.

There I saw fishermen throwing nets and catching fish.

I was surprised when I went a little further. People enjoy the fishing festival here. Women, children, men and old people are fishing in the water. I have never seen anything so beautiful. I wanted to join them.

There were jute fields beside the canal, where jute was grown and thrown back into the canal. After that it is taken from the canal and after the process is marketed.

Going some distance further, I saw the jute farmers cleaning the jute fibers and making bundles. I saw the whole process with my own eyes. It is a beautiful experience to come here. How many things can be enjoyed in a day?

Village people are very ordinary. I like talking to them. Treats strangers very nicely. They have no evil thoughts in their minds. Had a great time.

I will share the rest of the pictures of this village in another post. A village cannot be depicted with 15 pictures. There are many more beauties, I will share them soon. Not today, see you again soon, goodbye

What a beautiful post! I really enjoyed these pictures. I like this kind of market with the fruits and vegetables in the center, the people around and then the boats and other scenes close to this place.
