The Triangle of Fairness

Cover.gif

There’s always that one lineup you keep going back to, not because it’s the strongest on paper, but because it just works. It’s the team that holds together when things get rough and doesn’t fall apart from one mistake. Some players build around attack or abilities but I think a strong lineup comes from consistency.

I’ve tested a lot of combos since the release of Conclave Arcana. Some were good in theory but failed in real matches, while others surprised me with how well they performed under pressure. While those tests failed so bad, I ended up building a team I didn’t expect to rely on so much. It’s not a really strong overpowered one but it’s something I always trust to do the job.

Every Splinterlands player eventually finds their own "core lineup." It’s the group of units you start building around no matter what the rule set is. This post is about that for me. This is the one team that quietly started winning more than I thought it would and hopefully, would also do it for you.

Your Favorite Splinterlands Lineup and Why It Works

Lineup.PNG

This is my favorite Splinterlands lineup for Conclave Arcana because of how reliable it is. Your main tank, Bera Dallin, has Shield and Taunt, a good combination, while Fithe Bladestone gives her Void due to the Dwarf Bloodline and his Bloodline Dominion bonus. Together, they form a frontline that cuts both magic and physical damage in half making Bera Dallin very durable and resillient against any attack.

With Shield, Void and Taunt, Bera protects your whole team by absorbing everything. The Fire element doesn’t have many healing tools, but that’s where synergy shines. Conclave Tracker offers consistent Repair every round, and Inept Healer uses Corrupted Healing to restore two-thirds of Bera’s health each round, keeping her alive and doing her job. It’s one of those builds where everyone you need to deal with the main tank before touching anyone else.

This kind of formation is less about high attacks and more about layering defense. What it does well is force your opponent to run out of options as long as Bera Dallin lives. Until Bera Dallin falls, everyone else lives.

A Breakdown of Each Card’s Role in the Team

Fithe Bladestone card.PNG

Fithe Bladestone (Dwarf) – 4 Mana

The backbone of this build, she adds +2 armor to all friendly units, Dwarf or not, and gives Void to Dwarves through her Bloodline Dominion effect. Her presence and idea gives your units defenses that is very useful in any battle.

Infernal Firestorm.PNG

Infernal Firestorm (Elemental) – 10 Mana

This unit brings 3 magic attack with Flank and Demoralize and is one of the main source of damage. He serves as a semi-damage carry, and his 11 health and 7 armor make him surprisingly hard to kill. Infernal Firestorm is placed in the front to lift up Bera Dallin which can still attack in second position due to his Flank ability. Demoralize is an addition giving enemy melees harder time.

Bera Dallin.PNG

Bera Dallin (Dwarf) – 11 Mana

Your main tank. With Taunt, Shield, Void Armor, and Armored Strike, she’s a full-package wall. She’s there to soak everything while inflicting huge attacks through Armored Strike. Fithe Bladestone makes her even better by adding Void on top of her overloaded kit.

Conclave Tracker.PNG

Conclave Tracker (Human)– 8 Mana

One of the more underrated cards, Tracker does steady magic attack while using Repair to patch up broken armor. She is also a neutral unit which means you can use her in other teams as well. Conclave Tracker also has Phase, which, while isn't that useful, still gets an advantage in Target Practice and Aimless rules.

Inept Healer.PNG

Inept Healer (Dwarf) – 3 Mana

Despite her name, she’s arguably the most important part of the team. With Corrupted Healing, she heals Bera Dallin by a massive chunk based on her health. She also has Void and Phase, making her hard to die from Scattershot and perfect for long fights as long as there's a unit to defend her.

Chaos Evoker.PNG

Chaos Evoker (Human) – 7 Mana

This human is an extra since I don't have a lot of units with good damage in my Fire team. The magic attack and Blast makes a good combo and is enough for me to give her a chance in the team.

This setup plays like a series of defense, the tank up front, the Repair support and the healer keeping the tank alive. Lose one, and you can still win. Lose two, and things get harder, but not impossible but lose the tank and everything falls apart.

When and Where You Like to Use This Lineup

This is my go-to lineup right now and I discovered it last season after a lot of experimentation. It's especially strong in high-mana matches where you can afford to play Bera Dallin, Fithe Bladestone, and at least either Inept Healer or Conclave Tracker. It doesn’t win fast, but it wins solidly, slowly draining the enemy lineup with high sustain.

I like using it in any rule sets as long as it doesn't damage the back row like Noxious Fumes or Earthquake. It also worke well with rules that changes attack targets like Super Sneak, Equal Opportunity and Target Practice as Taunt will redirect all of those attacks towards Bera Dallin keeping the strategy alive.

I also use this setup in any situation where backline safety is secured like Fog of War rule or Melee Mayhem. The Taunt draws all the pressure, and the rest of the team just does their own thing safely until the end.

This battle shows how the team works together and how Bera Dallin keeps the team alive at all cost.

Very reliable unless your enemy is spamming Barashkukor.

That 5 magic attack + Fury rips any Taunt, whether they have Void or not.
