Judge My Art #2 - Hololive's Most Dazzling Diva

This new fanart I made is a bit different. I used her original artwork as an inspiration but unlike the last one, I did quite a number of changes. I made sure that I still have the feel of the original art, the cuteness and coolness still flows throughout the artwork.
