My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2025

Jakby nie patrzeć to regeneruję się w zatrważającym tempie. Oczywiście to śmiech przez pot i łzy. Jutro też odpuszczam rower. Chyba nie ma sensu na takim zmęczeniu trenować. Prawda? Mam deficyt snu i chyba to też wynika ze zmęczenia. Dziś też miałem nie jeździć w ogóle, ale nie wyrobiłem się z robotą i musiałem podjechać na pocztę do pobliskiego centrum handlowego. BTW ciekawostka, poczta polska ogranicza godziny urzędowania i odsyła do ajencji (prywatnych firm z umową z pocztą), bo ci są dłużej otwarci. U nas na osiedlu udało się z tym zawalczyć (również dzięki mnie, bo napisałem maila, że w tych godzinach zwykle wysyłam listy i będę zmuszony do szukania innych rozwiązań). Czyli wychodzi na to, że pocztę mają uratować prywaciarze, których się rucha... Abstrahując od ogólnego nastawienia do przedsiębiorców, dochodzi do tego jeszcze sposób rozliczania. Taki ajent nawet jeśli wykręci super obrót, to mimo wszystko jest pospinany pod urząd pocztowy. Czyli jego wynik zasila wynik całego rejonu.

No matter how you look at it, I'm regenerating at an alarming rate. Of course, it's laughter through sweat and tears. Tomorrow I'm also giving up on the bike. I guess there's no point in training when I'm so tired. Right? I have a sleep deficit and I guess that's also due to tiredness. Today I wasn't supposed to ride at all, but I didn't get to work and had to go to the post office in the nearby shopping center. BTW, interesting fact, the Polish Post Office limits its opening hours and refers people to agencies (private companies with an agreement with the post office), because they are open longer. In our housing estate, we managed to fight it (also thanks to me, because I wrote an email that I usually send letters during these hours and I would be forced to look for other solutions). So it turns out that the post office is supposed to be saved by private entrepreneurs who are screwed... Apart from the general attitude towards entrepreneurs, there is also the method of settlement. Even if such an agent makes a great turnaround, he is still tied to the post office. So his result contributes to the result of the entire district.
