Widzicie o co mi chodzi? 20 minut na rowerze. Większość z górki. Z dwoma postojami...a mimo wszystko 9 h regeneracji. Nie umiem tego zrozumieć. Nie forsowałem się, tętno utrzymywałem na niskim poziomie, przynajmniej tak mi się wydaje - bo już nic nie wiem. Jo tu ino sprzątom.

See what I mean? 20 minutes on the bike. Mostly downhill. With two stops... and still 9 hours of recovery. I can't understand it. I didn't push myself, I kept my heart rate low, or so I think - because I don't know anything anymore. I'm just a care taker, all I do is to clean.

Jest jakiś problem ze zdjęciami (nie widać ich), więc spróbuję napisać cokolwiek, w oparciu o info z postu.

Moim zdaniem na długość regeneracji nie wpływa tylko czas aktywności, i intensywność, ale również cała reszta dnia, i co najważniejsze - jakość snu.
