Gemly - after 24 days
If you read my previous post on Gemly you'll know that I finally succumbed to the advertising and joined this platform to give it a go. It's been just over three weeks since I started and when I did my first post (after about 14 days) I had about 540,000 Ents so the big questions is, after 10 more days where am I at?

How many Ents make a forest?
With great thanks to one person who used my referral link and purchased 10,000,000 gems, my Ent balance after 24 days is.......1,491,049 Ents.
That's not bad start and as the amount of ents gets bigger and bigger so will the growth and eventually the day I decide to start withdrawing.
On average, from surfing I get about 25,000 - 35,000 gems and then maybe about 10,000 gems from referrals surfing and mercenaries earnings. This averages to around 35,000 to 45,000 gems everyday which so far I have just been reinvesting in full.
Given this equates to less than 0.05c per day (1,000,000 gems is USD1.00) I'm not making a lot yet but if the platform keeps going it'll keep on increasing.
So to the section title - How many ents make a forest? That's a good question. At this stage I think I'm going to aim to get to about 5,000,000 ents. Once I get there I'll reinvest either 12,500 gems every day which will be enough to keep that balance at 5,000,000+ ents forever. How does that work?
Ents
- earn 0.5% per day and full payback is in 200 days.
- earn a total of 200% of their cost before they expire (like all mercenaries).
- Based on that each Ent will last for 400 days (2/0.005 = 400)
- Each Ent costs 1 gem.
- 5,000,000 gems divided by 400 days is 12,500 gems per day. Essentially if you purchased 12,500 ents per day every day for 400 days you'd have 5,000,000 ents on day 400. On day 401 you'd lose 12,500 ents so from day 400 you need to buy 12,500 ents every day to maintain that balance.
- 5,000,000 ents earn on their own 25,000 gems per day so there will be plenty in excess to reinvest or withdraw after that (about $1 less fees every 8 days).
Hope that makes sense. As I'll get to 5,000,000 well before the 400 days at this rate, any excess can then be reinvested to a different mercenary or I can just keep on doing Ents - I havent decided yet.
And that about sums up where things are at.
