MoonKarts' Fuel , Autovault & Academy

In MoonKarts, fuel isn’t just something you buy — it’s something you grow through strategy. Enter the Auto Vault, where your unused cards earn their keep by generating fuel over time via staking. The better the cards (think rarer types), the more fuel they produce — and what’s more, each card adds its own rate to your total, making it all about smart selection and synergy.
But it isn't just about staking; timing matters too. Cards must stay put for a minimum duration, and pulling them out too soon triggers a cooldown — meaning they can't be used in races for a while. On top of that, staking Script tokens is a must: you need at least 10 Scripts to unlock each additional card slot in the Auto Vault. As you level up, you can further boost your fuel output by investing Scripts and COLONY tokens.

Why is this important? Because fuel is the lifeblood of multiplayer racing — without it, you’re stuck on the sidelines. Fuel isn’t tradable, and any that spills over your storage cap is lost, so it pays to manage it wisely. Plus, more powerful or rarer cars gobble up more fuel per race, so balancing your collection and your usage is key
Looking ahead is the Academy — MoonKarts’ next big feature. It will work similarly to the Auto Vault but with a twist: stake your cards to earn Airdrop Points, a non-transferable currency that determines the frequency and nature of card airdrops, spanning drivers, boosters, and other gear. When you receive an airdrop, your Airdrop Points balance decreases — so every point counts.
