Legendary Draw

The word legendary sounds like something big is coming our way. In the game, we have a rarity called legendary and this is the highest one. The cards are valuable and powerful with legendary rarity. Everyone wants to have more legendary cards and I'm also the same. When I started in the beginning that time I got a few cards and those were legendary. That time I did not know the exact meaning of this but later I understood. Legendary means something valuable and powerful card we have.

Now we have the option to buy legendary cards from the reward shop. It is a good option that we have now with the reward shop. Its good that the team has provided this option so we know when to buy if we have enough amount of tokens. The token I am talking about is glint and it is a non-tradable token. We can not read this token in the market but still, it is the token which is valuable because we can use this token in the shop to buy a lot of things. Today I am going to buy a legendary draw in the reward shop and will be spending some tokens.

I'm going to buy four legendary draws today. The cost for four cards is 140k glint tokens. Because this token is not tradable in the market we cannot calculate the dollar value. Pixel I think 35,000 for one legendary card should be a good amount. There has to be some balance on the buying price also else everyone can buy it and then rarity is not a valuable component. Rarity means something that everyone has with limited quantity or most of them don't even have it so this is how the rarity is determined. If everything can have it then it is common anyway and doesn't serve the purchase of rare rarity.

I have paid the tokens for this purchase and here I am to open the cards.

There is no more surprise and these are the four cards I have got. These are legendary cards and surely a good addition to my collection in the game. I will be trying to grow my holding even more with these new cards so that I can reduce my dependency on the rental market. I must mention that the rental market has been a very helpful part of the game in my journey. I have accumulated some cards but that is not enough for my gaming. Because the renter market is available I can take the cards on rent I want easily and play with them.

The rent price is not so high so I can afford it and because I take cards from the older additions I need to pay even less surprise because the latest addition cards are expensive. I don't want to play with the latest cards now because it will increase my expenses for the rental. Currently, I am good at playing with a wild format where I can use all those old cards in the game. The value is down for many cards in the market and I think this is where the splinterlands team need to think about it. There is land which I don't know how it works. Maybe there is some use case for the land in the game but because I have not played it ever so I dont know how it works.

Conclusion

I keep on buying from time to time but now I will try to grow it more by buying more cards from the market. Glint is the currency of the game in the shop. This currency we can use to buy more cards and legendaries is always good but we need to have a balance with all the versions. I don't know how these new cards are going to be used but we'll learn about it and try to play in my battles. I would also try to grow the level or I say upgrade the levels for these cards far better impact on the battleground.
